Healthcare: Quality. Affordable. Universal.

Like most Americans, we are deeply concerned about the quality, accessibility and affordability of healthcare in this country. Policy makers on both sides of the aisle are currently debating the means and methods for drastically overhauling our nation’s healthcare system to make it better for everyone. This investment has been slated to cost up to $1.6 trillion over 10 years. Such a huge investment must be made wisely.

We support improvements to our healthcare system, but we also believe that Congress should stick with certain tried and true principles. Our country boasts a long history of employer-based healthcare coverage, and private healthcare plans provide the most effective means for reducing waste, improving quality, and making every dollar count.

We urge Congress not to throw out the baby with the bath water. We urge Congress to keep what works and simply improve the rest.

Everyone needs health care, and the current national debate affects all of us. So let your voice be heard - take action now!
